Prawns Masala Fry

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 tablespoons of Oil


  • 2 Onions chopped


  • 2 Tomatoes chopped


  • 2 tablespoons of Tomato Sauce


  • 5-6 Curry leaves


  • 2 teaspoons chilli powder


  • 2 teaspoons of garam masala


  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder


  • 1 cup of Water


  • 1 teaspoon of salt


  • 2 cups of deveined prawns

Directions

  • In a Non- Stick Pan saute the chopped onions, tomatoes and curry leaves. Saute for three minutes.
  • Add the garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and saute for a few minutes.
  • Then add the prawns and after frying for two minutes in the masala, add one cup of water and cover with a lid. Let it cook for about ten minutes.
  • Open lid and add the tomato sauce and let it cook for five more minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
